I bought this for my dog after the Hurtta expensive ones were all sold out. My dog is a ~40lb mini pincher/mini aussie mix, so she has a fairly long back with a pretty wide chest. According to the measurements I should have gotten a size 4xl (~22 back, ~27 girth) but in my gut I figured it would be too small so I bought a 5xl. It came today and already by touching it you can tell it's good quality, and the fit of the 5xl is absolutely perfect for my dog. I do have to tighten the straps some more, but I am so glad I spent a 5th of the cost of a name brand jacket and am totally in love with this one.I loved this jacket but was very snug on dog so he did not wear it. I got the largest size. One size bigger would have been perfect. It is a well made stylish jacket.nice and warm.This is our second. We wrecked the first one - our own fault.This is very well made and thoughtfully designed for easy on/off. Sizes are a bit on the short side in length but the chest dimensions fit OK. For example, size 6XL fits our small-ish greyhound girl's 30-inch chest and just reaches to the base of her tail.Would recommend to a friend and would certainly buy again.
