Anybody with a cat should definitely buy a Beastie Bands collar. They are not only one of the safest collars on the market, they come in the most different colors and designs than any other brand out there. You can find hundreds of designs. The safety feature is in the Velcro along with the elasticity of the collar itself. They can be used right out of the package, or cut to sized for smaller cats/kittens. They come with an eyelet punched into the collar for anybody wanting to add a tag or I.D. I will also add that they are washable.
