I weigh about 185 and this was a perfect upgrade to the original spring. MY TIP: take the shock off your bike and then ask a bike shop to swap the spring for you. Tell them the guy down the street said he’d do it for $20 and you’ll likely get a better price. I watched all the DIY videos on the internet and the bottom line is it’s not worth it to do at home unless you have a small spring compressor already. Can’t think of a more perfect case of needing the right tool for the job. GET THIS SPRING THOUGH. Get the front fork springs too
