These shocks were much beefier than the OEM shocks. The installation was very easy and straight forward. The shocks came with a plastic adaptor to hold them in the collapsed position which was very helpful when mounting them. We live and work on lease roads and these shocks smooth out the ride tremendously. I really can't tell, but my fiancé says the truck rides a little higher in the back now. I highly recomm
